摘要
重点介绍了液力支撑无级加卸载同步测力新工艺的装置组成、工作原理等,分析了液力无级加、卸载同步测力技术卸载胎架相比于其他卸载技术的优越性。通过在佛山坊塔主体钢结构33.6m巨型钢桁架转换层的实践结果和数据分析,创造性地实现荷载的无缝转移,转移过程中结构受力的增加和胎架承载力的减少做到无级等量、同时同步,所有荷载值大小和变化情况清晰可见,过程进展可调可控制的理想要求。
This paper focuses on components and operational principle of continuous loading,unloading and synchronous force measurement by hydraulic supporting device,analyzes the advantages using above mentioned technology against other unloading technology when unloading. By its application in Foshan Fangta trusses construction,it visualized the process of loading transfer from hydraulic supporting device to trusses,making the unloading more adjustable,which creatively realizing the seamless transfer of load,the increase of the structural force during transfer and the reduction of the jig bearing capacity can be synchronized,and all the load values are clearly visible and so on.
