摘要
为研究波纹腹板H型钢梁柱半刚性外伸端板连接的性能,采用有限元软件ANSYS,对外伸端板连接进行单向静力加载模拟,得到弯矩-转角曲线和端板应力云图,分析连接受力特性;分别调整端板厚度和梁腹板高厚比,分析其对弯矩-转角曲线的影响。结果表明:随着弯矩的增加,弯矩-转角曲线由线性特征转变为非线性特征,连接刚度逐渐降低;端板厚度和梁腹板高厚比对连接的初始刚度及抗弯承载力均有显著的影响。
In order to study the behaviors of semi-rigid extended end-plate connections of H-beams with corrugated webs,extended end-plate connections were simulated under the monotonic and static loading with the finite element software ANSYS. The moment-rotation curve and end-plate stress cloud pictures were obtained and behaviors of the connections were analyzed. The thickness of the endplate and the ratio of the height to thickness of the beam web were adjusted respectively to analyze their influence on the moment-rotation curve. The results show that with the increase of the bending moment,characteristics of the moment-rotation curve turn from linear into nonlinear and the stiffness of the connections reduce gradually; the thickness of the end-plate and the ratio of the height to thickness of beam web have a significant impact on the initial stiffness and bending capacity of connections.
