行车荷载对养护混凝土抗压强度的影响

摘要 为了分析行车荷载对未完全终凝混凝土的影响,以行车频率、振幅、有无侧限、起振时间点以及振动持续时间为参数,分析了各个参数对强度的影响。结果表明:混凝土在初凝阶段之前、初凝阶段与终凝阶段之间受振对各阶段强度是有利的;混凝土在终凝阶段受振,混凝土强度较基准水泥略有降低;从初凝前一直振动到终凝后,混凝土强度有所提高。 To analyze the influence of vehicle load on uncompleted final set of concrete,this paper analyzes the effects of various parameters on compressive strength,such as driving frequency,amplitude,with and without side limit,the time point of vibration and vibration duration as parameters. Results show that the vibration is good to concrete strength in the initial setting and between the stages of initial setting and final setting; Vibration in the final set stage of concrete reduces the strength slightly,and vibration from the initial setting until the final set is good to concrete strength.
