摘要
中枢神经系统炎性反应是造成脑损伤的重要原因之一。近年来,超微超顺磁性氧化铁颗粒在多发性硬化、脑缺血等伴发的炎性反应研究中取得了一定进展,特别是随着分子影像技术的发展及应用,为炎性机制的探索提供了更好的手段。
Central nervous system inflammatory is one of the important cause of brain injury. During the recent years, there are several progresses in the research on the inflammatory response of cerebral diseases. Ultra-small superparamagnetic particles of iron oxide(USPIO) is utilized to study multiple sclerosis and cerebral ischemia. It provides the better means for studying the mechanism of inflammatory response, especially with the development and application of molecular imaging technology.
