摘要 建立了一种纺织品中烷基苯酚(AP)和烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)含量测定的超声萃取-高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。样品用甲醇作提取溶剂,进行超声萃取,以甲醇-乙腈-水(78∶9∶13,V/V)为流动相,用Diamonsil C18(2)色谱柱分离,荧光检测器测定,外标法定量。与传统方法相比,该方法既缩短提取时间,提高提取效率,又在色谱分离分析中提高分析通量。该方法只需具有常规液相色谱仪和超声萃取仪的基层普通实验室均能完成其分析,具有很强的实用性。 A new method employing ultrasonic extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed for determination of alkylphenols and alkylpheol polyethoxylates in textiles. The sample was extracted with ultrasonic extraction method by using methanol as extracting agent and methanol-acetonitrile-water (78 : 9 : 3, V/V) as mobile phase. Then, it was separated with Diamonsil C18 (2) chromatographic column, determined with fluorescence detector (FLD) and quantitated with external standard method, Compared with conventional methods, this method has shortened the extraction time and improved the extraction efficiency, meanwhile increased the throughput of chromatographic separation and analysis. The method has high practicability since it could be easily performed in ordinary laboratory which only has a conventional liquid chromatograph and an ultrasonic extractor.
