摘要
为了研究不同剂量绿萝花对大鼠组织器官抗氧化能力的影响,探讨绿萝花的抗衰老及毒性作用机理,试验将正常大鼠分为空白组、低剂量绿萝花组、中剂量绿萝花组、高剂量绿萝花组和大剂量绿萝花组,连续给药28 d,测定脏器的超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、丙二醛含量(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、单胺氧化酶活性(MAO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶活性(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)。结果表明:连续服用绿萝花28 d后,低(1.0 g/d)、中(2.0 g/d)、高(4.0 g/d)剂量绿萝花能引起大脑、肝脏和心脏的SOD、T-AOC、GSH-Px、CAT活性上升,MDA含量下降,MAO活性下降;大剂量绿萝花(10.0 g/d)则引起大脑、肝脏和心脏的SOD、T-AOC、GSH-Px、CAT活性下降,MDA含量上升,MAO活性上升。说明绿萝花具有增强组织器官抗氧化能力的作用;抗氧化作用与剂量有关,大剂量绿萝花具有一定的毒性作用。
To study the effects of different doses of Scindapsus aureus( Linden ex Andre) Engl on the antioxidant capacity of rat tissues and or- gans, and explore the anti - aging and mechanism of toxicity action of Scindapsus aureus ( Linden ex Andre) Engl, the normal rats were divided into blank group, low -dose group, medium -dose group, high -dose group, and large -dose group of Scindapsus aureus (Linden ex Andre) Engl. The rats were continuously administrated with Scindapsus aureus( Linden ex Andre) Engl for 28 d. The activity of superexide dismutase ( SOD), the content of malondialdehyde ( MDA), total antioxidant capacity ( T - AOC ), monoamine oxidase ( MAO ) activity, glutathione peroxidase (GSH- Px) activity, catalase (CAT) activity of the main organs of all rats were determined. The results showed that the increase of the SOD activity, T - AOC, GSH - Px activity, CAT activity and the decrease of the MDA content with MAO activity of the brains, livers and hearts were induced by taking low dose( 1.0 g/d) , medium dose(2.0 g/d) , and high dose (4.0 g/d)of Scindapsus aureus (Linden ex Andre) Engl for 28 d. The decrease of the SOD activity, T- AOC, GSH -Px activity, CAT activity and the increase of the MDA content, MAO activity of the brains, livers and hearts were induced by taking large dose( 10.0 g/d)of Scindapsus aureus (Linden ex Andre) Engl for 28 d. The results indicate that Scindapsus aureus (Linden ex Andre) Engl has an enhanced effect on the antioxidant capacity of tissues and organs, which is related close to the dose. The large dose of Scindapsus aureus ( Linden ex Andre) Engl has certain toxic effect.
