摘要 为了鉴别山羊及绵羊种属,试验从动物毛皮入手,尤其是针对DNA难以提取的皮革制品,改良了DNA的抽提方法,使DNA鉴别法普遍适用于毛皮制品。结果表明:利用山羊、绵羊线粒体基因序列的差异,成功鉴别这2个物种。 To identify species and genera of goats and sheep, the test focused on animal fur, especially on leather products that were difficult to extract DNA. A DNA extraction method was modified, which enabled the DNA identification to be generally applicable to the fur products. The results showed that the two species were successfully identified based on the difference between the mitochondrial gene sequences of goats and sheep.
