摘要
为了筛选猪链球菌溶血素抑制剂并探讨其体外抗猪链球菌感染的作用效果,试验采用溶血试验、最小抑菌浓度测定、生长曲线测定、Trans well小室穿膜试验和细胞毒性试验等方法对其银杏叶提取物进行研究。结果表明:银杏叶提取物在较低浓度时可直接中和猪链球菌培养物上清液介导的成孔活性;在猪链球菌与宿主细胞共感染体系内加入银杏叶提取物可显著降低猪链球菌穿透上皮细胞屏障的能力及细菌介导的细胞毒性作用。说明银杏叶提取物是一种潜在的抗猪链球菌感染药物。
To screen the inhibitor of suilysin and investigate its effects against Streptococcus suis infection in vitro, hemolysis test, determination of minimum inhibitory concentration, determination of growth curve, Trans well assay, cytotoxicity assay, and other methods were used to study Ginkgo biloba extract in the test. The results showed that Ginkgo biloba extract could directly neutralize the pore - forming activity mediated by the culture supematant of Streptococcus suis at lower concentrations. The addition of Ginkgo biloba extract to Streptococcus suis co - infected host cells could significantly decrease the ability of Streptococcus suis to penetrate the epithelial barrier and bacteria - mediated cytotoxicity. The results indicate that Ginkgo biloba extract is a potential drug against Streptococcus suis infection.
