基层内科护理中优质护理的应用效果评价

Application Effect of Grassroots Medical Care Quality Care Evaluation

目的评价优质护理在基层内科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月期间在我院内科住院的76例患者进行研究,按照不同的护理方式将其分为常规组(n=35)和优质组(n=41),常规组予以常规的护理措施,优质组在对照组的基础上行优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果常规组患者的满意度为83%低于优质组患者的满意度为98%,组间比较,P<0.05,常规组患者的治疗依从性评分为(86.7±2.7)分,健康知识掌握评分为(90.4±2.2)分低于优质组患者的治疗依从性评分(93.6±2.2)分、健康知识掌握评分(96.8±1.4)分,组间比较,P<0.05。结论优质护理应用于基层内科护理中提高了护理满意度和治疗依从性,增加了患者对健康知识的掌握,效果明显。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of the nursing of the basic level. Conclusion High quality nursing care in the primary care in the Department of internal medicine to improve the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance, increase the patient＇s health knowledge, the effect is obvious.
