天麻钩藤饮治疗原发性高血压病的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Tianmagoutengyin Decoction for the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的观察天麻钩藤饮治疗原发性1级高血压病的疗效。方法将60例中青年原发性1级高血压病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组给予天麻钩藤饮加减口服,对照组给予硝苯地平片口服,观察2组临床疗效并做统计学分析。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗原发性1级高血压病疗效显著,降压效果稳定且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Tianmagoutengyin Decoction in treating primary grade 1 hypertension. Methods 60 cases of young patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group given Tianmagoutengyin Decoction orally, the control group was treated by oral administration of Nifedipine and to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the 2 groups before and after treatment systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using Tianmagoutengyin in the treatment of primary grade 1 hypertension curative effect is distinct, stable hypotensive effect and no obvious adverse reactions, it is worth of clinical application.
