氯雷他定复合复方甘草片治疗慢性咳嗽的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficiency of Loratadine combined with Compound Liquorice Tablets in Treatment of Chronic Cough Patients

目的探讨氯雷他定(开瑞坦)在治疗慢性咳嗽中疗效和安全性。方法 90例慢性咳嗽患者随机分为3组,每组30例,药物治疗7 d。3组患者均口服复方甘草片4片/次,3次/天。对照组:只口服复方甘草片。扑尔敏组:加服扑尔敏4毫克/次,3次/天。氯雷他定组:加服氯雷他定10毫克/次,每晚服用。经7 d治疗后,比较3组患者咳嗽缓解情况好药物不良反应。结果跟单独服用复方甘草片相比,扑尔敏和氯雷他定联合复方甘草片都可以更好的缓解患者咳嗽症状。但扑尔敏组患者眩晕、嗜睡不良反应明显,氯雷他定不良反应更小。结论氯雷他定联合复方甘草片治疗慢性咳嗽患者,疗效较好,不良反应少。是临床治疗慢性咳嗽比较好的方法之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of Loratadine combined with compound Liquorice tablets in treatment of chronic cough patients. Methods Ninty patients with chronic cough were randomly grouped into 3 groups with 30 patients in each group： 1） Control group, 2） Chlophenamine group and 3） Loratadine group. All the patients orally took the compound Liquorice tablets three times a day with 4 tablets each time. In control group, patients only took the compound Liquorice tablets. In the Chlophenamine group and Loratadine group, beside＇s compound Liquorice tablets, patients respectively administered orally Chlophenomine 3 times a day with 4 mg each time and Loratadine 10 mg once. After treatment for 7 days, the efficiency to relieve cough symptom and the side effects of drugs were compared. Results The cough symptom in 3 groups was all alleviated after 7-day treatment. Compared with the control group, the cure rate in group 2） and 3） were all significantly higher although with no significant difference between group 2） and 3）. During the process of taking medicine, 7 patients in group 2） felt swimmy or somnolent with only 1 patient complaining of slight thirsty in group 3）. Conclusions Larotadine treatment combined with the Compound Liquorice tablets may be a better choice for chronic cough patients with higher cure rate and fewer side effects.
