摘要 目前在我国儿童和青少年慢性HBV感染的人数在逐年下降，但20岁以上的成年人中慢性HBV感染率仍然较高，在这些人群中有相当一部分是育龄期妇女。由于目前已经上市的抗病毒药物（干扰素或核苷类似物）不能在短期内彻底清除肝组织中的病毒，
