对孤独症患儿采用引导式教育联合融合教育的护理方法对其社交能力的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对患有孤独症的儿童采取引导式教育与融合教育相结合的护理方法后,对其社交能力的影响进行分析与探讨。方法选取我院收治的孤独症患儿80例,平均分为试验组与对照组两组,每组均40例患儿。对照组的患儿采用结构化教育的护理方法,试验组的患儿则在此基础上,结合引导式教育联合融合教育的护理方法。对比两组患儿干预前后ATEC的得分差值情况、两组患儿及其家属对护理过程及效果的满意度情况。结果试验组患儿的ATEC得分差值情况、满意度均明显优于对照组。结论对患有孤独症的儿童采取引导式教育与融合教育相结合的护理方法后,可有效的提高患儿的兴趣,增强自信心,应在临床中予以推广应用。
