改善钻井液润滑及速溶性的表面活性剂遴选

摘要 针对HDD钻井液速溶及润滑问题,室内分析表面活性剂作用机理,优选合表面活性剂,确定使用卵磷脂,并对粉状卵磷脂进行水化改性,制作出不同的流塑态改性卵磷脂,水化的卵磷脂进行润滑性评价,并结合上海现场HDD使用的钻井液配方进行实验研究。结果表明,改性卵磷脂的润滑系数能达到0.05以下,其中HXY在水中的润滑系数能达到0.01,且HXY的最优加量为4‰,在该加量下,配方4%非开挖土+1‰XC+1%DFD的粘度提高12.0%,润滑性提高了73%,表面张力降低了33.4%,滤失量降低了24.6%,且使钻井液中大分子材料在较短时间内溶解比较完全,有较好的悬浮钻屑性能。 For the fast dissolving and lubrication of HDD drilling, after analysising the mechanism of surfactant and Preferring the eo-surfaetant, the lecithins are uased, and powdered leeithins are hydrated, then different modified lecithins are produced. After that, combining the Shanghai HDD drilling fluid formulation, the experimental study is carried on. It is shown that the lubrication factor of Modified lecithins can reach 0.05 or less, even the lubrication coefficient of HXY in water can reach 0.01 and its optimal dosage is 4‰.In this dosage, the viscosity of the formulation that 4% non-excavation soil + 1‰ XC + 1% DFD increase 12%, the lubricity increase 73%, surface tension reduce 33.4%, and filtration reduce 24.6%. So that the macromolecular material in the drilling fluid dissolved completely in a relatively short time, and have better suspension performance.
