滤泡性淋巴瘤采用硼替佐米治疗的不良反应护理

摘要 目的探讨滤泡性淋巴瘤采用硼替佐米治疗的不良反应及护理对策。方法选取我院接收的56例采用硼替佐米治疗的滤泡性淋巴瘤患者作为本次的研究对象,对患者发生的不良反应现象进行回顾性分析,并及时采取有效的措施进行护理干预。结果本组56例患者进行5周期化疗及护理干预后25例患者为缓解,12例患者为部分缓解,患者疾病缓解率为66.1%,患者不良反应现象主要为周围神经病变、带状疱疹、中性粒细胞及血小板减少、胃肠道反应、疲乏等,且不良反应以中重度居多。结论采用硼替佐米治疗滤泡性淋巴瘤可引起多种不良反应,但及时采取有效的措施进行治疗及护理则可有效控制其药物毒性,患者耐受性良好。
