微波消解—原子荧光法测定人体血液头发中的痕量硒 被引量:2

摘要 采用微波消解—原子荧光光谱法测定恩施部分地区人体血硒、发硒。血样、头发样品通过少量的硝酸进行微波消解,建立了一种测定血硒、发硒的良好方法。实验结果表明血硒、发硒在0~20.0 ng/ml范围呈良好线性,方法检出限为0.03 ng/ml。方法简单、可靠、快速、灵敏度高,可用于人体血液、头发等痕量硒的测定。 The total selenium in Blood and Hair of people in Enshi deposits were determinated by microwave digestion hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Sample of Blood and Hair were digested in nitrate by microwave digestion, A rapid determination method of selenium in blood and hair was established , The results show that The linear range of standard curve was 0--20 ng/ml, The minimum detection limit of selenium is 0.03 ng/ml, The method is simple, reliable, fast and highly sensitive, can be used for the determination of trace selenium in blood and hair.
