摘要 本文介绍一种新型的工程用恒温防晒安全帽。恒温单元利用相变蓄能材料调节安全帽的佩戴温度使之恒定在人感觉舒适的温度。防晒单元采用形状记忆材料制作可拆卸防晒帽檐,受外力作用时帽檐发生弹性形变衰减外力,防止或减轻事故伤害,外力消失时帽檐恢复原状起到遮阳防晒的作用。该安全帽能大大改善作业人员持续佩戴安全帽的闷热和烈日暴晒等引起的不适感,提高作业人员的佩戴意愿,减少安全隐患,实现安全生产。 A new type of engineering thermostat sun helmet is introduced. The thermostat unit uses phase change materials(PCM) to keep the helmet wearing temperature constant which makes wearer comfortable. The removable brim of the helmet which is made of shape memory materials(SMM) produces elastic deformation by external force to prevent or minimize injuries and restores the original state to prevent basking when the force disappears. The new design greatly alleviates the discomfort of sultriness which is felt by wearing traditional safety helmet for a long time and of the exposure to sun. It improves the workers' willingness to wear, and reduce the potential safety hazard which relates to the realization of the safe production.
