妇科器械清洗流程优化及消耗成本分析

目的:探究妇科器械清洗流程的优化并分析其消耗成本。方法:抽取2010年12月-2012年12月我院收集的96个人流包进行研究分析,随机分为A、B、C组,A组由临床科室负责冲洗及多酶浸泡,供应室统一收回并进行相应预处理后上机清洗;B组临床科室不做相关处理,供应室收回后进行预处理后上机清洗;C组临床及供应室不做预处理,直接上机清洗,分析比对三组的清洗时间、消耗物质成本。结果:在清洗质量、清洗时间及物质消耗成本等方面,A组均优于B、C两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床处理和供应室预处理对于妇科器械的清洗具有重要意义,可有效缩短清洗时间、提高清洗质量及降低清洗成本。

Objective To optimize cleaning process for the equipment of gynecology and analyze its cost.Method：96 cases in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 had been collected and randomly divided into group A,B,C.Group A was processed by washing and soaking enzymes,then preprocessed and cleaned by washing machine;Group B was directly preprocessed and cleaned by washing machine;while Group C was directly cleaned by washing machine.The three groups＇ cleaning time,the material cost were compared.Results：About the cleaning quality and cleaning time and material cost,etc.,Group A was superior to B,C,and group A showed signifi cant statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical treatment and supply room pretreatment has great signifi cance for equipment cleaning of department of gynaecology,which can effectively shorten the cleaning time,improve the quality of cleaning and reduce the cost,can promote in the clinical.
