Diagnosing and Treating Adenomyosis of Professor YOU Zhaoling

子宫腺肌病是子宫内膜腺体和间质侵入子宫肌层形成弥漫或局限性的病变,是妇科常见病[1]。本病多发生于30~50岁经产妇[2],约有半数患者同时合并子宫肌瘤,15%患者合并子宫内膜异位症[1]。绝经后症状缓解,病灶萎缩消失。近年来本病呈逐渐年轻化的趋势,这可能与剖宫产、人工流产等宫腔手术的增多有关。此病在中医上没有明确的命名,根据其临床表现,子宫腺肌病属于中医＂痛经＂、＂瘕＂、＂月经不调＂等范畴。

Adenomyosis is endometrial glands and stroma invasion of the myometrium formed diffuse or localized disease,is a common gynecological disease. The disease usually occurs in the 30 ~ 50-year-old multipara,about half of the patients at the same time with myoma of uterus,15% patients with endometriosis. Menopausal symptoms,lesions withered away. In recent years,the disease gradually younger trend,this may and cesarean delivery,abortion is related to the increase of uterine cavity operation. The disease is not clear naming in Chinese medicine,according to their clinical manifestations,adenomyosis belongs to Chinese medicine ＂dysmenorrhea＂,＂mass＂,＂menstruation＂category.
