牛大力不同提取物对亚健康小鼠的抗疲劳作用

Anti-fatigue Action of Different Extracts from Radix Millettiae Speciosae in Sub-health Mice

目的:考察牛大力不同提取物对亚健康小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:制备亚健康小鼠的疲劳模型,通过对比给药前后小鼠的力竭游泳时间,并结合生化指标综合评价牛大力水提物和牛大力醇提物的抗疲劳作用。结果:牛大力能提高亚健康小鼠的力竭游泳时间,醇提物中剂组和水提物低剂量组的尿素氮含量明显降低。结论:牛大力对亚健康小鼠具有抗疲劳作用。

Objective： To study the anti-fatigue action of different extracts from Radix millettiae speciosae in sub-health mice. Method： Building up the fatigue model of sub-health mice. Compared to exhaustion swimming time of mice before and after taking medicine,combined with biochemical index,evaluated anti-fatigue action. Result： Radix millettiae speciosae could extend the exhaustion swimming time of sub-health mice. The ethanol extract from Radix millettiae speciosae（ 40g·kg-1） and the water extract from Radix millettiae speciosae（ 20g·kg-1） could decrease BUN contents. Conclusion： Radix millettiae speciosae has the anti-fatigue function for sub-health mice.
