中西医结合治疗月经不调临床观察

Clinical Observation of Applying Integrative Medicine in the Treatment of Menstruation

目的:观察月经不调患者采用中西医结合治疗疗效及不良反应发生情况。方法:本组108例患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=54)和观察组(n=54)。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中药汤剂治疗。两组患者疗程均为3个月经周期。疗程结束后对比分析两组疗效、临床症状主症积分、临床症状次症积分,治疗前后周期时间及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率(94.44%)显著高于对照组(77.78%)(P<0.05),观察组治疗后月经先期、月经量多、经期延长症状积分显著低于治疗前及同期对照组,观察组治疗后心悸失眠、头晕目眩、面色无华、脐腹作痛、爪甲色淡症状积分显著低于治疗前及同期对照组(P<0.05),观察组周期时间显著高于治疗前及同期对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应。结论:月经不调患者采用中西医结合治疗疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,临床应用具有重要意义。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and adverse events of irregular menstruation patients with integrative medicine therapy. Methods： 108 patients were randomly divided into controlled group（ n = 54） and observation group（ n = 54） according to the random number table. The controlled group received western medicine,combined the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the controlled group. Two groups of patients treated for three menstrual cycles. Comparative analysis of two groups,the clinical symptoms of the main symptoms score,clinical symptoms secondary symptoms score,before and after treatment cycle time and the course of treatment adverse reactions occurred after the end of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group（ 94. 44%） was significantly higher than the controlled group（ 77. 78%）（ P〈0. 05）. The symptom scores of preceeded menorrhea,menorrhagia,prolonged menstruation of the treatment group were significantly lower than the same period before the treatment group and the concurrent controlled group. The symptom scores of palpitations,insomnia,dizziness,minimalist looking,navel belly ache,onyx pale were significantly lower than before treatment and the concurrent controlled group（ P〈0. 05）,the observation group was significantly higher than the cycle time period before treatment and in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; two groups of patients during the treatment were not significant adverse reactions occur. Conclusion： It has obvious effect of applying integrative medicine therapy in the treatment of menstruation patients,and no significant adverse reactions,great significance will be obtained in clinical applications.
