柴胡消斑方治疗肝郁血瘀型黄褐斑的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Chaihu Xiaoban Decoction in the Treatment of Liver-Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Chloasma

目的:观察柴胡消斑方治疗肝郁血瘀型黄褐斑的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取来自我院皮肤科门诊的79例女性确诊为黄褐斑、中医辨证为肝郁血瘀型的患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组39例,予自拟中药方柴胡消斑汤加减治疗,对照组40例,予以逍遥丸治疗,两组均夜间外用3%氢醌霜辅助治疗,治疗期间不用其他药物,1个月1疗程,共治疗3个疗程。分别于治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月观察皮损总积分、计算积分下降指数,疗程完成后评价其总体疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.19%,对照组为57.89%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗期间未见明显不良反应发生。结论:柴胡消斑方治疗肝郁血瘀型黄褐斑疗效确切、安全,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of using Chaihu Xiaoban Decoction in treating liver and blood stasis type chloasma. Methods： Selected from our hospital dermatology clinic of 79 women diagnosed for chloasma,syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with liver-Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,the treatment group（ 39cases） treated with Chaihu Xiaoban Decoction,the controlled group（ 40cases） treated with Xiaoyao Pill,two groups were all given 3% hydroquinone cream for external use at night and during treatment without other drugs,1month was 1course of treatment and treated for 3courses. The total score and the index of the total score of the lesions were observed after 1months,2months and 3months respectively,and the total effect of the treatment was evaluated. Results： In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 89. 19%,the controlled group was 57. 89%,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period. Conclusion： The curative effect of Chaihu Xiaoban Decoction in the treatment of liver-Qi stagnation and blood stasis type chloasma is safe and reliable,worthy of further promotion.
