夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症398例

Treating 398 Cases of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc by Jiaji Points

目的：观察夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将符合条件的腰椎间盘突出症患者,取穴：L3—L4椎间盘突出取患侧腰椎3~4华佗夹脊;L4—L5椎间盘突出取患侧腰椎4~5华佗夹脊;L5—S1椎间盘突出,取患侧腰椎5—骶1华佗夹脊。配穴：秩边、委中、承筋。以上穴位进行针刺并上电针治疗,每天1次,5次1个疗程,4个疗程后观察疗效。结果：398例患者中治愈96例,好转295例,未愈7例,总有效率98.24%。结论：夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on treating the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by Jiaji points.Methods： The cases met the conditions were received,acupoints： the protrusion of intervertebral disc between the No. 3and the No. 4lumbar vertebra,the Huatuo Jiaji points between the No. 3and the No. 4lateral lumbar vertebra of the patients; the protrusion of intervertebral disc between the No. 4and the No. 5lumbar vertebra,the Huatuo Jiaji points between the No. 4and the No. 5lateral lumbar vertebra of the patients; the protrusion of intervertebral disc between the No. 5lumbar vertebra and the No.1sacral vertebrae,the Huatuo Jiaji points between the No. 5lateral lumbar vertebra and the No. 1sacral vertebrae of the patients. Matching acupoints： Zhibian,Weizhong and Chengjin. The above points were treated with acupuncture and electric acupuncture treatment. Once treatment was applied every day,5times a period of treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect was observed after 4courses of treatment. Results： Among the 398 cases,cured for 96cases; effective for 295cases; ineffective for7 cases,the total effective rate was 98. 24%. Conclusion： The therapy is a safe and effective method to treat the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
