电针及其合并疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

Research Progress of Applying Electro-acupuncture and its Combination Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

本文阐述了近十年来电针及其合并其它疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的应用及研究进展,并从临床疗效、中医传统、现代医学理论研究等多角度进行归纳总结,为今后的进一步研究提供参考。研究认为,疗效方面,无论是单纯应用电针或电针合并疗法都有明显的疗效,但综合疗法疗效更佳;机制方面,无论是整体还是局部,目前都有较好的镇痛机理解释。目前电针及其与其它疗法的综合应用在治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,适合门诊及病房的推广应用。

This review focuses on the advances in the study of treating lumbar disc herniation by electrical acupuncture and its combination therapy. The conclusion is drawn from efficacy and facilities. The review provides references to the further study in treating lumbar disc herniation. It is generally recognized that electro-acupuncture has good efficacy,but its combination has a better therapeutical effect than its single. It is obvious that both total and regional pain-relieving mechanisms are well explained. For now,electro-acupuncture and its combination therapy has a convinced efficacy,exact facilities in treating lumbar disc herniation and it is worthy of wide use.
