经皮神经电刺激与功能性电刺激对脑卒中患者肩关节半脱位的即刻影响 被引量:12

摘要 脑卒中后的肩关节半脱位(glenohumeral subluxation,GHS),是患者偏瘫上肢的主要表现之一,是脑卒中常见的并发症[1].纠正GHS的方法有电刺激、肩吊带、针灸、康复训练、肌效贴等[2].功能性电刺激(functional electrical stimulation,FES)和经皮神经电刺激(transcutaneous electrical stimulation,TENS)是常用的电刺激治疗方法,Ekim等[3]发现TENS结合常规康复治疗方法可明显缓解脑卒中肩关节半脱位后的肩痛,Wang等[4]发现FES治疗可减轻脑卒中后的肩痛,增加肩关节被动活动度并减轻GHS.Koyuncu等[5]则得出FES可以治疗GHS和肩关节痛的结论.TENS作为镇痛的主要物理因子是否也会对GHS产生影响?本课题就此对单次的FES与TENS即刻治疗效果通过X线检查进行了观察.
