知识资本流动视阈下的企业创新网络研究

Research on Enterprise Innovation Network from the Perspective of Intellectual Capital Flow

创新是提高国家综合实力的关键。企业在当今知识经济时代大发展的背景下,只有整合资源把自己的创新网络构建强大,才能找到可持续发展之路。本文在阐述构建企业创新网络意义的基础上,从知识资本流动这一全新理论视阈构架了企业创新网络,并对知识经济时代如何培育企业创新网络给出了建议。

Innovation is the key to improve the national comprehensive strength. Enterprises, under the background of great development for intellectual economicera, only with the integration of resources canenhan- cetheir own innovation network, and find the path of sustainable development. In this paper, on the basis of ex- plaining the significance of building enterprise innovation network, from a new theory perspective of intellectual capital flow, built the enterprise innovation network, and provided suggestions on how to cultivate enterprise in- novation network in the intellectual economic era.
