摘要
针对当前用户需求隐性知识挖掘不足及产品持续创新演进方法研究的不足,提出构建用户隐性知识外显化转移的螺旋模型识别用户需求的模糊信息,通过构建R-F-T过程模型,并集成应用产品S曲线和TRIZ技术解决产品可持续创新设计路径发展中的多个冲突问题,进而解决产品演进创新设计问题。
Focusing on the shortage of user demand tacit knowledge mining and product continuous evolu- tion&innovation method research, establishing the spiral model for identification of user demands fuzzy informa- tion is put forward to transfer user tacit knowledge explicitly. Various contradiction problems in the development of product sustainable and innovative design path can be solved by building R - F - T process model, and inte- grating application product S curve and TRIZ technology, thus solvingthe product evolution & innovation design problem.
