公共图书馆制度创新的行为研究

Research on the Behaviors of Public Library Institutional Innovation

在国家政治经济社会出现新常态的环境下,图书馆需要重新思考自己的使命,通过功能与服务的创新获得更强的生命力。本文主要着力于公共图书馆制度创新的行为研究,通过分析制度创新的动力源泉,明确制度建设中应遵循的原则,最后提出公共图书馆制度创新的途径与方法,以期推动我国公共图书馆事业的发展。

Under the new normality of China＇ s political and economic society, libraries should reconsider their mission and need to get stronger vitality through function and service innovation. This paper mainly focus- es on the behavior study of public library＇ s institutional innovation, analyses its power source, and clarifies the principles to be followed in system construction. It concludes with ways and methods for the institutional innova- tion of public library, with a view to propel the development of our country＇ s public library sector.
