Research on the Training Mode of Computer Applied Talents Under the New Situation

文章对计算机专业的发展现状进行了分析,探讨了现今计算机专业人才供需不平衡及毕业生就业难的问题,并从改革人才培养方案、教学模式、实践模式、考核方式、师资队伍建设等几个方面入手,提出了面向市场需求,以实际就业岗位需求为导向,以培养学生的实践能力、创新能力及学习能力为目标的人才培养模式的改革方案。

This paper analyzed the current situation of the computer science,and discussed the computer specialists unbalance problem between supply and demands,as well as the undergraduates＇ difficult employment situation. Then the reforms of the personnel training plan, teaching mode, practice mode,evaluation mode and construction of teaching staff were considered, and the personnel training mode reform plan that satisfying the post demand, training practical,innovation and learning abilities of students was proposed.
