摘要
在新鲜天然胶乳中添加磷脂,按常规生产工艺制备了标准天然橡胶,分析了磷脂用量对天然橡胶硫化特性和加工性能的影响。结果表明,天然橡胶中的磷脂对硫化反应有促进作用,并能提高硫化胶的力学性能和抗氧老化性能。随着磷脂用量的增加,天然橡胶混炼胶的弹性模量和粘性模量对应变的响应有所上升,损耗因子对应变的响应逐渐减小;弹性模量对频率的响应逐渐增加,粘性模量对频率的响应呈下降趋势。天然橡胶中的磷脂可提高混炼胶的流动性。
The standard nature rubber was prepared according to the routine manufacturing process by adding phospholipids in fresh nature rubber latex.The effect of phospholipids content on the vulcanization characterizations and the processing performances of natural rubber were studied.The results showed that phospholipids in nature rubber could promote vulcanization and improve the mechanical properties and anti-oxidative behavior of vulcanizated natural rubber.With the increase of the content of phospholipids,the response of elastic modulus and viscous modulus to strain of the compound increased,while that of the tangent of loss angle to strain gradually decreased.The response of elastic modulus to frequency gradually increased,but that of the viscous modulus to frequency exhibited a decreasing trend.In addition,the phospholipids in nature rubber could improve the fluidity of nature rubber compound.
