摘要
采用液相还原法制备零价纳米铁粒子;通过实验考察了酸性品红的初始浓度、纳米铁浆液的加入量、反应温度、溶液p H值等因素,对染料废水中酸性品红去除效果的影响。实验结果表明:当酸性品红的初始浓度为0.1 mmol/L,纳米铁浆液投入量为1 g/L,反应温度为45℃,反应p H为4.0时,酸性品红的去除率可以达到99%以上。
Zero-valent iron nanoparticles were prepared by liquid phase reduction method. The effect of initial concentration of acid magenta, dosage of nano iron slurry, reaction temperature, p H of solution on removal rate of acid magenta in dye wastewater was investigated. The experimental results show that the removal rate of acid magenta can be more than 99% under the conditions of acid magenta initial concentration 0.1 mmol/L, nano iron slurry dosage 1 g/L,the reaction temperature 45 ℃ and the p H 4.0.
