摘要
热管的导热性很好,导热系数相当大,是同换热面积下金属(Ag、Cu、Al)的102~104倍,现在已经应用到很多领域。热管应用的主要形式是热管换热器。热管换热器是一种由多根热管组合设计而成的换热设备。排烟温度直接影响到锅炉运行的经济性和尾部受热面工作的安全性,是锅炉的基本设计参数之一。选择合适的排烟温度对锅炉设计和运行的经济性、安全性有重要意义。通过对一台型号为CLSG0.7-85/60-AII的常压立式热水锅炉进行加装热管换热器的改装,提高了锅炉效率,验证了降低排烟温度的可行性。
Heat pipe has high thermal conductivity, its thermal conductivity is quite large, and is 102~104 times as large as thermal conductivity of the metal(Ag, Cu, A1) with the same heat transfer area, so the heat pipe has been widely applied in many fields. The heat pipe heat exchanger is a main form of heat pipe application. The heat pipe heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchange equipment constituted by multiple heat pipes. Exhaust gas temperature directly affects the operation economy of the boiler and the safety of the heating surface at the work, is one of the basic design parameters of the boiler. To choose the appropriate exhaust temperature has important significance for design, and economic and safe operation of boiler. In this paper, a CLSG0.7-85/60- AII atmospheric vertical hot water boiler was modified by using the heat pipe heat exchanger, the efficiency of the boiler was improved, and the feasibility to reduce the exhaust gas temperature was verified.
