关于微心钻头提高机械钻速的研究

摘要 在石油钻井中,钻井提速是每一位钻井技术人员永恒的话题,也是每个石油人的心愿。然而,随着油井的不断加深,高温高压井、水平井、大位移井、分支井等各种复杂井越来越普遍,机械钻速也随之下降,特别是随着油井的不断加深,地层的压实效应不断加强,三向应力不断增加,使得机械钻速大大降低。为了有效解决机械钻速下降的实际问题,从理论出发,结合实验验证,得出在同一地层同一条件下微心钻头能有效提高机械钻速,降低钻井成本。 In the drilling industry, improving drilling rate is the wish and eternal topic of every drilling technician. However, as the well depth increases, HPHT wells, horizontal wells, extended reach wells, branch wells and other complex wells become more common, resulting in reducing of mechanical drilling rate. With the deepening of the well, compaction effect and triaxial stress of the formation strengthen continuously, which makes the MDR reduce greatly. In order to solve the problem, through theoretical analysis and practical verification, it's pointed out that micro core bit can improve the mechanical drilling rate and reduce the drilling cost under the same formation conditions.
