对姬塬油田注采集输系统结垢防治工艺实验研究

摘要 首先分析了姬塬油田结垢分布特征,其次基于此,提出了油井和地面集输系统结垢的防治方法,并通过实验给出了注水地层,集输系统和注水井的防治效果,最后得出的结论是:注水站、单井和集输站投加化学防垢剂技术和采油井挤注法清防垢是治理注采、集输地层和油层近井地带结垢伤害的经济、易行、高效的方法。筛选定型的高效防垢剂瞵基丁烷三羧酸(PBTCA)作为矿场投加药剂,除具有高效防垢性能外还具有优异的稳铁、防膨功能,对生产系统无腐蚀和提高地层渗流能力。 The distribution characteristic of fouling in Jiyuan oilfield was analyzed first; based on this, fouling prevention and treatment methods of wells and surface gathering system were proposed. Control effect of the fouling in gathering and transportation system and water injection wells was analyzed. The results show that, using chemical scale inhibitors in water injection station, single well and gathering station, and squeeze method for oil production wells are economy, easy and efficient. Anti-fouling agent butane phosphate 1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTC) has high efficient anti-scaling performance, excellent stability of anti swelling function, it has not corrosion for the production system, and can improve the flow ability of the formation.
