热油管道低输量运行研究进展

Research Progress of Low Flowrate Run of Hot Oil Pipeline

针对原油的低输量问题,着重分析了低输量运行不稳定的本质,以及低输量运行时原油温度、粘度和管道当量直径的变化特征。由于低输量的不稳定状态对管道产生不良影响,本文总结了现在比较普遍的改善方法:间歇输送、加降粘剂、增热升温和稀释输送。

In view of the low throughput problem of crude oil, the essence of the unsteady of low-throughput run was analyzed; change characteristics of crude oil temperature, viscosity and equivalent pipe diameter during low throughput run were discussed. The unstable condition of low throughput run has harmful effect on the pipeline. In this paper, now common improved methods were summarized, such as intermittent transportation, adding viscosity reducer, increasing crude oil temperature and so on.
