From the perspective of national imagination, White Deer Plain discussed the human suffering and tragic fate caused by the conflict among the individual, family and state through analyzing the individual existence of the younger generation family rebel, describing the national history coupled with individual fate, revealing anxiety and identity confusion of the individual＇s life existence, as well as the historical evolution of contingency and hardships of establishing the country in the process of modern states.
