摘要 对实验室分离获得的一株野生蘑菇G1菌株进行了初步鉴定.传统形态学观察结果表明,G1菌株子实体菌盖白色,直径2.1 ~ 5.6 cm;菌柄粗0.6~1.0 cm,旱中央着生,菌柄和菌褶基端分离;在菌柄上部有单层菌环;有隔菌丝,菌丝体上无锁状联合;一个担子上普遍着生2个担孢子,孢子椭圆形、棕色,孢子的大小为(5.52 ~ 6.12)μm×(5.02~5.47) μm.根据形态学特征初步鉴定,G1菌株为蘑菇属双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus).由GenBank数据库进行同源性检索比对可知,G1菌株的ITS(Internal transcribed space)序列与双孢蘑菇的ITS序列同源性最高,为95%.综合形态学观察结果和ITS序列分析结果,最终鉴定G1菌株为双孢蘑菇. The identification of a wild mushroom strain G1 isolated by our laboratory had been carried out. The pileus of strain GI fruiting body was white, diameter 2.1 ~ 5.6 cm. The stipe was in the center of the pileus, diameter 0.6 - 1.0 cm, stipe and lamellae was separated in the end and collarium was single. The mycelia was septa hypha and without clamp connection. Generally, a basidia of fruiting body had two basidiospores of ellipse and brown, the size of the basidiospore was (5.52 ~ 6.12)μm×(5.02~5.47) μm.. According to the morphological characteristics, G1 strain was identified as Agaricus bisporus. Internal transcribed space (ITS) sequence of G1 strain was compared with those registered on GenBank, and the results showed that the ITS sequence homology of G1 strain and Agaricus bisporus was 95%. Comprehensive analysis of morphological characteristics and ITS sequence, G1 strain was identified as Agaricus bisporus.
