乡村工业化视野下农民土地意识变迁研究——以江村为例

Study on Changes of Farmers' Land Consciousness in the Perspective of Rural Industrialization—A Case Study of Kaihsienkun

在对江村已有研究的二次分析基础上,结合江村工业化的发展历程,对70多年来江村土地利用和经济结构情况进行分段梳理。研究发现,乡村工业化淡化了农民的土地情结,加强了农民理性和工具性地利用土地功能,是推动农民土地意识现代化的重要外部力量。然而,在农民土地意识的现代化过程中,也凸显了一些问题,诸如乡村工业缺乏科学技术和人力管理、农民轻视土地又不舍土地经济价值、农村历史文化和生态环境被破坏。针对性地提出要从务实推进乡村工业发展、创新土地经营机制以及加快完善国家的工、农业保障政策等3个方面进行解决。

This paper is based on the research about Kaihsienkun. In combination with the development of Kaihsienkun＇s rural industrialization, it tries to analyze the land use and economic structure. We can find that rural industrialization plays down the farmers＇ land complex,strengthens the farmers＇ rationality and instrumental function of using land,and it can promote the modernization of farmers＇ land consciousness. The farmers＇ land consciousness emerges some problems in the process of modernization, such as lacking of science and technology and human management, belittling the economic value of land, destroying the history and culture and ecological environment in the countryside, and so on. We suggest that promoting the rural industrial development effectively,novating the mechanism of land management, and improving the country＇s industrial and agricultural protection policy shanld be solved.
