不同浓度除草剂对两系杂交糯高粱父母本生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探索既能有效防除两系杂交糯高粱种子生产田中杂草,又能确保两系杂交糯高粱父、母本安全生长的除草剂适宜浓度,采取田间小区试验方法,以高粱大田常用的除草剂90%高老头水分散粒剂为材料,进行不同浓度除草剂对两系杂交糯高粱兴湘粱二号的母本2S、父本C4Y731的影响研究。结果表明:两系糯高粱父本喷施除草剂90%高老头水分散粒剂浓度为300倍液时,对苗期生长、单株颖花数、经济性状和产量均无明显影响,高于或低于该浓度,均产生显著的不良影响;母本喷施不同浓度除草剂,均对苗期生长、单株颖花数、经济性状和产量产生极显著的不良影响。因此,两系杂交糯高粱父本施用除草剂90%高老头水分散粒剂的适宜浓度为300倍液,母本2S施用除草剂的方法还有待进一步研究。 In order to seek a suitable herbicide concentration which could not only effectively control weeds in seed production filed of two-line hybrid glutinous sorghum, but also ensure the safe growth of two-line hybrid glutinous sorghum male and female parents, employing the field plot experiment method, the effects of different concentrations of herbicide on the female parent 2S and male parent C4Y731 of the two-line hybrid glutinous sorghum Xingxiangliang 2 were studied by taking 90% Goriot water dispersible granules commonly used in sorghum filed as materials. The results showed that: when the concentration of the herbicide 90% Goriot water dispersible granules sprayed on the male parent of two lines glutinous sorghum was 300 times liquid, the seedling growth, number of spikelets per plant, economic characteristics and yield were not significant affected, while higher or lower than the concentration produced significant adverse effects; spraying different concentrations of herbicide on the female parent produced extremely significant adverse effects to the seedling growth, number of spikelets per plant, economic characteristics and yield. Thus, the suitable concentration of herbicide 90% Goriot water dispersible granules applied on the male parent of two-line hybrid glutinous sorghum was 300 times liquid, and the method of applying herbicide on female parent 2S remained to be further studied.
