摘要 针对现行的流量计只适用于满管情况,在测量非满管流量的过程中存在的效率低、准确性差等问题,设计了一种用于测量非满管流量的智能测量仪。该仪器主要采用扭矩传感器和角度传感器对设备的扭矩、角度等信息进行采集,并通过MATLAB仿真技术对测量结果进行相关处理最后计算出非满管流量计的流量。理论分析和实验结果表明该装置适用于非满管流量的测量,极大地提高了非满管流量测量的精度并且成本低廉,实现了非满管流量测量的智能化。 The current flow meter is only applied to full filled pipes. Through the research on low efficiency and poor accuracy existed in the current measuring process for partially filled pipes,a new smart meter for non-full pipes was introduced in this paper.This instrument mainly used torque sensors and angle sensors to collect the information of equipment such as torque,angle and so on. Furthermore,the MATLAB simulation technology was used to calculate the non-full pipes' current from the measured data. The theoretical analysis and experiment results indicat that this instrument is suitable to be used for measuring the flow of partially filled pipes,which greatly improves the accuracy of the non-full pipe flow measurement as well as its cost is low,and it helps realizing the intelligent measuring of the non-full pipes' current.
