同面8电极电容传感器灵敏度与激励信号的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 先进复合材料具有比模量高、耐高温、耐疲劳等优点,在现代飞机上的用量越来越大。随着飞机服役年限的增加,复合材料构件会产生裂纹、内部分层等损伤。同面8电极技术可以用于飞机上复合材料构件的健康监测。高灵敏度的传感器可以检测到更细微的损伤,对检测结果有很大的影响。为使同面8电极电容传感器具有较高的灵敏度,通过实验研究了不同电压、频率及波形与同面8电极电容传感器灵敏度的关系。实验结果表明:激励信号的类型、幅值、频率以及矩形波激励信号的占空比对同面8电极电容传感器的灵敏度均有不同程度的影响。为选取合适的激励信号提供了依据。 With high modulus,high temperature resistance,fatigue resistance and other advantages,the advanced composite materials were widely used in the modern plane. With the increase of aircraft fleet age,composite component produced damage such as the crack,internal delamination and so on. The uniplanar 8- electrode technology can be used for aircraft composite structure health monitoring. High sensitivity of the sensor can detect more minor injury,and has a great influence on inspection.In order to make the uniplanar 8- electrode sensor has better sensitivity,the relationship between the signal with different voltage,frequency,waveform and the sensor sensitivity was studied through experiments. The experimental results show that the type,amplitude,and frequency of the excitation signal,and duty ratio of rectangular wave excitation signal have different impacts on uniplanar 8- electrode sensor sensitivity. This experiment provides the basis for selecting the appropriate excitation signal.
