摘要
针对模拟电路测试和故障诊断需求,引入复数域的相量分析方法,改进电阻电路的斜率故障模型,实现了动态模拟电路的故障诊断。进一步结合相量圆故障模型,提出了模拟电路3D故障模型,定义了模型的精确数学方程;该模型为3D空间的平行圆环,实现了元件软故障和硬故障的全覆盖,极大提高了模型实用性。电路仿真结果表明,3D模型实现模拟电路元件级故障诊断,有效提高故障检测率和隔离率。
Based on phasor analysis in complex field,this paper improves the slope fault model,which achieves the fault diagnosis of dynamic analog circuits. Integrating with the phasor circle model,a 3D fault model was proposed,the precise mathematic function was defined. The 3D model was a family of parallel circles in the complex space,and it not only covers all faults of each component,but also improves the practicability. Example results validate the improvement on fault detection ration and fault isolation ratio for the 3D model.
