大功率发射机的冷却系统设计

摘要 针对某大功率发射机各组件的能耗,对发射机运行时的整体发热量进行了具体分析,并根据分析结果,结合发射机工作特点,开展了冷却系统的研究和设计。详细阐述了冷却系统设计的总体架构设计、系统组成和工作流程。冷却系统采用风冷和液冷混合制冷的方式,根据发射机工作状态实现手动和自动两种控制方式的切换,并一定程度上提高了系统的效率和紧凑性。通过冷却系统的运行和保障,成功实现了大功率发射机的热稳定性,保证了发射机正常运行。 A system supplying cooling for a high power transmitter is introduced. We design a cooling system for a high power transmitter according to its working characteristic and heat dissipating. The cooling system was design to assign the refrigeration to the components appropriately for the transmitter which is a complicate system. We introduce the overall architecture designing and working procedure of the cooling system which is comprised by air cooling and liquid cooling. The system can be switched between manual and auto mode according to the transmitter working situation. According to the running data, the cooling system plays well to maintain the heat stability of the transmitter.
