摘要
随着汽车技术的发展,载货车用户对卡车乘坐舒适性的要求越来越高。结合实际的开发项目,通过相关的仿真、道路试验及台架试验测试分析,设计合理的从动盘减振器支架板硬度、支架板窗口尺寸和限位销固定方式等。研究成果既满足了载货车消费者舒适性的要求,也能满足目前降低载货车制造成本的必然趋势,为商用车离合器从动盘的设计、选择、使用提供借鉴。
With the development of automobile technology, truck users take more and more high requirements of comfort of truck. This article, combined with the actual development project, through the related simulation, road test and bench test and analysis, the reasonable design of the driven plate shock absorber bracketplate, support plate hardness of the window size and the limit pin fixed way. Research findings not only meets the truck consumers for comfort, can also meet the decrease trendthe cost of freight car manufacturing, for commercial vehicle clutch driven discdesign, selection, use for reference.
