输气站自力式与气动式调节阀混合运行技术

摘要 自力式调节阀和气动式调节阀结构不同,动力源不同,适合于不同的用户类型。文中根据应用实例,分析两种调节阀的结构特点,对其混合运行的在线调节进行研究,了解其压力整定方法、不同气量下的切换特点,使得两种调节阀达到最大程度的匹配,在保证供气压力平稳的基础上,实现流量的平稳控制,满足供气要求。 The structure of self-regulating valve and pneumatic regulator valve is different.They were fit for different type of customers.Based on the practical application,the structure characteristics of the two type of regulators were analyzed,and the online regulating for mix running of them was researched.Its pressure setting method and the switching characteristics under different gas volume were understood,thus matching two kinds of regulating valve to the great extent.On the basis of guaranteeing stable gas supply pressure,the stable control of the flow was realized,thus satisfying the requirement for air supply.
