摘要
以异径正三通支管为例,介绍了一种相贯线插补算法及系统构成。文中采用STC89C52单片机作为插补芯片,执行装置采用步进电机,步进电机的输出再通过滚珠丝杠等传动机构控制气割进给量。插补路径基于相贯线的平面展开公式,运用逐点比较法逼近理想相贯线。依据算法并结合图形详述了插补过程,分析了火焰切割在曲线运动中存在的速度同步问题。实验表明气割效果满足工艺要求。
Taking different diameter three branch pipe as an example,a kind of phase intersection interpolation and its constitution was introduced.The STC89C52 MCU was used as the interpolation chip.Stepper motor was used in the actuating device and gas cutting load was controlled by the output of the stepper through ball screw and other transmission mechanism.The interpolation path was based on the plane expansion formula of the intersecting line,and the point to point comparison method was used to approach the ideal phase intersection line.Interpolation process combined with algorithm and images was dwelled on,and the existing synchronous speed question in the curve movement of flame cutting was analyzed.The results show that the gas cutting effect satisfies the process requirement.
