氢通量检测在高酸原油管线腐蚀监测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着近年高酸原油加工能力的提升,越来越多的炼油厂面临腐蚀问题,严重制约了炼油装置的安全运行。高温环烷酸和盐酸腐蚀等产生的活性氢可以通过氢通量检测。结合某高酸原油加工企业常减压装置管线腐蚀监测情况,通过研究氢通量值与定点测厚的关系,发现氢通量值与腐蚀速率线性相关,表明氢通量检测适用于高酸原油炼油装置的现场腐蚀监测。 A growing number of oil refineries face the risk of corrosion,because of the upgrading of production capacity of high acid crude oils,thus restricting the safe operation of the oil refining equipment.The activated hydrogen which is the product of corrosion,such as high-temperature naphthenic acid corrosion and hydrochloric acid corrosion can be detected by hydrogen flux detection.Combining pipeline corrosion monitoring situation of a high acid crude oil processing enterprises pressure-relief device and by studying the relationship between the hydrogen magnitude,the linear relationship between corrosion rates and hydrogenflux was discovered.It was proved that hydrogen flux detection can be used in the corrosion-monitoring of high acid crude oil device.
