摘要
某天然气项目海底输气管道系统有2种不同内径的管道和更小内径的止回阀,内径变化率最大为31.5%,且试运时排水、干燥和进气投产同时进行,为了降低卡球的风险,需研制特殊变径清管器。文中设计了一套模拟通球试验撬来试验,研制变径清管器,确定了清管器的结构尺寸和型式,模拟了通球试验,获取了清管器投产的参数,按试验结果制造的清管器成功应用于该项目的投产。
The gas submarine pipeline system includes pipe with two different diameters and check valve with smaller inside diameter,and the maximum diameter change rate is 31.5%.The drainage,drying and air intake are put into operation simultaneously.In order to reduce the risk of blocking ball,it is necessary to develop special variable diameter pig.A simulating pigging test skid was designed and manufactured to test the designed variable diameter pig,thus determining pig' s size and type,and the ball passing test was simulated.The pig production parameters were got.The pig produced according to the test results are successfully applied in the project.
