对中国特色社会主义制度的坚定自信是实现"中国梦"的先决条件。中国共产党人在中国社会的变革中不断完善制度,努力构筑"中国梦"。中国特色社会主义制度是实现"中国梦"的政治秘钥和前进导航,坚定制度自信是成就"中国梦"的内在动因和现实需要,为实现"中国梦"提供接续政治动力。但必须清醒认识到,中国特色社会主义制度还不是成熟定型、尽善尽美的制度,还需要在实践中不断整固、不断优化,才能永葆"中国梦"的政治本色和中国特色。

The confidence in the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the necessary precondition of China Dream.The Chinese communists are making efforts to improve the system in the reform in order to build China Dream.Socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the key and guidance to realize the dream.The confidence in the system are both intrinsic motivation and realistic needs,providing political motivation to China Dream.However,it should be admitted that the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is neither mature nor perfect yet.It should be enhanced and improved so as to keep the political and Chinese characteristics of China Dream.
