摘要
互联网应用改变了企业和商家的经营理念、经营组织及经营模式,网络营销是在适应网络新技术发展和网络时代变革中产生的新生事物,已经成为众多企业和商家的重要营销策略。但是,在网络营销过程中充满着许多不确定因素和各种营销风险,如果无法有效控制就会影响商家与顾客之间的正常营销活动,而各种营销活动和风险责任又离不开法律的监督、调整和制裁,网络营销的法律风险控制就显得尤为重要。
Internet applications have changed the operation principle,management organization and mode of operation. Internet marketing is a new thing to adapt to the new technology of network development and changes in network era,and it has become a marketing strategy of multitudinous enterprise. Nevertheless,numerous uncertainties and the risk of a variety of marketing exist in the network marketing process. They will have an effect on the ordinary marketing activities between merchants and customers if not properly handled. Marketing activities and risk liability of all sorts cannot do without supervision,adjustment and sanctions. Hence,it's vital to control the legal risk of the network marketing.
